What Is TEMS

The Total Event Management System (TEMS) is a web application that allows companies to manage event information, customer meetings, accommodation requirements, badging and MUCH more all in one place! The TEMS allows users from all over the world to coordinate multiple facets of an event on one website 24 hours a day 7 days a week in one secure location with real-time interaction. The TEMS was a collaboration between Digitally Enhanced Image, Inc. and Lockheed Martin to create an online system to maintain all event requirements in one place.

Meeting Management

The TEMS allows you to track an unlimited number of customer meetings in one place. Built-in search and sort functionality allows you to find and edit meeting information quickly and run comprehensive reports before, during and after an event. Integrates with Microsoft Outlook calendar.


The TEMS gives you the option to maintain transportation requirements for any event. It allows you to work hand in hand with your vendor to meet your transportation needs. Everything from airport pickups to chauffeur-driven cars can be scheduled, viewed and confirmed with the TEMS.

Customer Badging

The TEMS maintains directories for all employees and customers who attend an event. The system allows you to print badges for employees as well as customers. A template based approach lets you create and save customized looks and allows you to print as many badges as you need before or during the event.
